We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. SECTION 8 – AFFILIATE PROGRAM
This section covers the general terms and conditions governing our affiliate program. We allow our unsers to freely enroll as Affiliates and earn commissions for driving sales on our website, through their affiliate links. We provide our affiliates with an Affiliate Dashboard where all the statistics representing their performances are visible as well as commisions paid or to be paid. In accepting these terms, you declare and agree that you have read and understand the following:
- the standard affiliate commission is 20% of any sale made on our website, through your affiliate link. We may change this commission at our discretion at any given time
- you will provide us with a working PayPal email and bank account where we can pay your commissions and you will not hold us responsible for the good standing of those accounts; it is your sole responsibility to make sure they work and you exercise your ownership upon them
- you will raise an invoice for the commissions we pay towards you, if so required by us, prior to the commissions being paid out
- you shall not use our affiliate link and/or identity in association with any sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, hateful, illegal content or materials
- you shall not design your website or any brand identity to resemble a copy of our own website and brand identity
- you will not engage in spam activities
- it is your responsibility to follow copyright and intellectual property laws when promoting our affiliate links
- commissions can be paid out when you have a minimum of 100 USD in your account ballance on our website
- you shall not use our brand and identity in any Pay Per Click campaigns
- you shall not employ any illegal, unloyal, concurential, misleading or harmful marketing techniques
- you shall not undertake or attempt any action that would result in artificially modifying you commission stats and earnings on our website
In relation to the above, we reserve the following rights and obligations:
- we reserve the right to check, at any time, your usage of our affiliate links and to make sure you are using them in accordance with this agreement
- pay your earned commissions as long as your activity is in accordance to this agreement, in one of these currencies: USD, NOK (at the respective echange rate, from USD to NOK, in the day of payment, as governed by Norwegian Law)
- terminate your account immediately if you violate this agreement, case in which any unpaid commissions up until that point will not be eligible for payment anymore.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
